A working relationship with our customers is of the utmost importance to Tomtec.  We realize that you have many choices when purchasing equipment like ours.  Unlike other manufacturers, we offer service and support at excellent rates that will significantly reduce your total overall cost of ownership compared to our competition.

 

Tomtec's products are sold with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty covering all parts and labor.   At the time of purchase you may extend this warranty for up to five years at discounted prices.

 

The option of purchasing service contracts is available after your warranty expires for up to a five year period.  Multi-year discounts are available.   We also offer preventive maintenance services on all equipment, which may be purchased separately as needed.

 

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness in the event of an emergency.  We have factory trained technicians available nationwide that will repair the equipment as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact on your operations.

 

At Tomtec, we consider service and support an obligation to you, not an opportunity for us.
