Training:    Tomtec provides comprehensive service training on all it's products. If you are interested in performing your own service on your Tomtec device please contact the service department for a quote by filling out our Service Training Request Form. Classes are scheduled on an as needed basis.

If you should experience a problem with your Tomtec device and you require service, please call service dispatch Toll Free at 1-877-866-8323 x.325 You will need the model and serial number of the device and unless it is under warranty or a service contract you will also need a purchase order. This will need to be faxed to Tomtec at 1-(203) 248-5724 before service can be scheduled. In deterimining the proper amount to use, you may contact the Service Department for an estimate or use a zero amount that can be adjusted later.

Why should I buy a Service Contract?

Tomtec provides three types of service contracts to suite your needs:

Quadra-Care Service:    includes all replacement parts, labor charges, and travel costs required to maintain your device in proper working order. Quadra-Care Service also includes one (1) yearly preventive maintenance visit where items prone to wear are replaced at a conveniently scheduled time.

Quadra-Care Parts:    covers all replacement parts and selected assemblies. Quadra-Care Parts is designed for those customers who want to perform their own repairs but desire the advantages of a service agreement. Quadra-Care Parts allows a customer to maintain their devices at a reduced cost by providing their own labor and trouble shooting skills.

Quadra-Care GLP:    Tomtec will test and certify that your pipettor is working within factory specifications. Quadra-Care GLP can only be purchased in conjunction with Quadra-Care Service and may consist of a gravimetric test for accuracy, a colorimetric test for precision, or both depending on the needs of the client.
